Week 1 & 2

  •  Prepare and place advertisements with select print and online media outlets
  •  Host broker’s open house – Wednesdays 10am to 1pm / Thursdays 10am to 2pm
  •  Submit open house announcement to MLS & office sales meeting
  •  Hold Sunday open house

On-Going

  •  Accompany all showings
  •  Follow up with showing agents to get feed back
  •  Update owner on showings
  •  Pre-Qualify buyers
  •  Present all offers and recommend counter offer strategies
  •  Review price – market conditions
  •  Obtain an acceptable contract on your property!
  •  Once Escrow Opens
  •  Coordinate home inspection & any other buyer’s Inspections
  •  Supervise and monitor contract deadlines
  •  Interface with Lender
  •  Continue dialogue with buyers, sellers, escrow, title, and all necessary inspectors
